Healthcare Expertise (2+ Years, Insurance Data) : Specifically, the candidate should possess at least two years of specialized experience within the healthcare sector, focusing on insurance data.

Technical Skills :
Web Application Support : The candidate should be proficient in supporting web applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth functionality, and addressing user inquiries related to web-based tools.
Training : Experience in providing training whether to end-users, colleagues, or clients is valuable. The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and facilitate learning is essential.

Health Level 7 (HL7) Expertise :
The candidate should have familiarity with HL7 standards, which are widely used for exchanging healthcare information between systems.
This includes understanding HL7 message formats, data elements, and interoperability.
Experience in implementing HL7 interfaces or working with HL7 messages (e.g., ADT, ORM, ORU) would be advantageous.
MIRTH :
MIRTH Connect is an open-source integration engine commonly used in healthcare settings. The candidate should have experience with MIRTH for data transformation, routing, and interfacing.
Proficiency in configuring MIRTH channels, creating custom scripts, and handling message routing is desirable.
Tableau :
Knowledge of Tableau, a powerful data visualization tool, is valuable. The candidate should be able to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations from healthcare data.
Experience in connecting Tableau to various data sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets) and designing meaningful visualizations is a plus.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :
The candidate should be familiar with UAT processes. UAT involves validating software or system changes from an end-user perspective.
Experience in creating UAT test cases, executing tests, and documenting results is essential.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
