As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the successful completion of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Position : Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Lead and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Client Interaction : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Budget and Cost Control : Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures when possible.
• Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the construction process.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and budget.
• Team Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
