This role supports analytical aspects of the application product life cycle, including capability enablement with cross-team dependencies within a product scope. It requires judgment and discretion to collaborate with customers on complex issues, understand capability needs, gather project specifications, create business cases and cost analyses, translate high-level business needs into detailed requirements for new capabilities (and change requests / enhancements on existing capabilities), analyze data to identify problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements, create and execute test cases, provide root cause analysis and corrective action plans, verify delivery of customer needs, and ensure quality delivery. It also involves identifying, documenting, and resolving risks, defects, and issues. The role analyzes market trends for competitive insight to relate to business value statements. It uses functional and organizational knowledge to mentor Associate and Intermediate Business Systems Analysts. It may lead project teams or participate as a subject matter expert on moderately complex projects with cross-functional scope and potential regulatory risk exposure, customer service and financial impacts. It acts as the face to the customer and resolves very complex issues (which may involve multiple systems) while understanding regulatory risk exposure and customer service and financial impacts. It requires advanced understanding of end-to-end processes and potential integration issues across multiple / diverse systems, including regulatory risk exposure and customer service and financial impacts.

Pay Range Minimum : $67,500.00
Pay Range Maximum : $126,000.00
Base pay is determined by various factors including qualifications, experience, expected contributions, internal equity, market, and business considerations. The salary range may vary by location.
