Job Description
HVAC Maintenance Technician needed for a full-service service property management company with 750 units in the area. From condos to commercial multi-family residential units.
Pay Range : $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
Description :
- Complete maintenance work orders (electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs) individually and / or with other Maintenance Tech.
- Use smartphone application to log description of work.
- Coordinate with Property Manager and / or tenants for work order completion.
- Communicate and report to Property Manager.
Qualifications :
- At least 3-5 years of experience performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
- HVAC Certification is highly preferred but not required.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle. (work vehicle provided or can use a personal vehicle with allowance / reimbursement)
Other Requirements :
- Must provide at least 2 supervisory employment references.
