job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare a wide variety of legal correspondence, briefs, pleadings, motions, and legal notices accurately and in a timely manner Conduct substantive legal research and draft legal memoranda analyzing complex legal and factual issues Manage the disclosure process in complex cases, including organizing documents and conducting document review for trial preparation Maintain legal records, files, and case management systems Assist attorneys in preparing discovery documentation and filing appropriate pleadings with the court Certificate of completion from a Legal Assisting or Paralegal studies program Strong understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines effectively Valid Arizona Driver's License and consent to undergo a criminal background check Experience in legal research and writing complex legal documents Familiarity with automated case management systems Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to establish and maintain relationships with court representatives and government entities Prior experience supporting attorneys in a legal setting
