Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Required Skills

  • Experience building automated testing environments for embedded devices with hardware-in-the-loop
  • Experience building & maintaining CI / CD tooling and testing (Github Actions)
  • Experience with command line interfaces, shell scripting, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
  • Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems
  • Familiarity with PLC usage and protocols and hardware debugging are a bonus
  • Familiarity with Linux SBCs such as Raspberry Pis or NVIDIA Jetsons is a bonus

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and executing test automation to ensure the quality and reliability of our embedded industrial AI products.

Responsibilities

  • As a Test Automation Engineer, you will take ownership of ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality bug-free products to our customers
  • Design, build, and execute automation infrastructure to improve test coverage and release velocity
  • Design hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop systems to ensure testing coverage
  • Automate embedded device testing using scripting, CI / CD, and tooling
  • Maintain build pipelines and hardware test setups
  • Interface directly with hardware vendors to identify root cause issues and resolutions

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in test engineering, software engineering, or embedded engineering.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
