Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage 60-100 inbound calls daily, delivering prompt and professional customer service.
- Process new distributor contracts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the distributor database.
- Accurately input orders received from distributors via phone, fax, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center for a manufacturing company, handling incoming product orders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Info :
- Pay range : $20-21 / hr.
- Schedule : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday - Friday
- Location : Shakopee, MN
