Overview :
Seeking an experienced restaurant GM who is comfortable running day to day operations to take lead of this long-time neighborhood restaurant known for creating a lovely gathering of people serving Asian-ish food in a beautiful and warm environment.
The GM will get some high level support from the owners and the Director of Operations but will be the key leader to bring excellence for guests and the team.
This role is best suited for a GM with at least 2 years of experience running operations in a full service environment who is used to leading at a high level with a focus on excellence, elevated hospitality, and serving great dishes made with great ingredients.
Candidates who show enthusiasm for delivering fine dining details in a casual environment and proven success in running an organized restaurant are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should have a genuine love of hospitality and understand the importance of building relationships with both customers and team members.
We are seeking someone who has great motivational skills, who is a self-starter, is creative and who is passionate about food, wine, and service.
Job Description :
This is a hands-on managing position in which you are on the floor working closely with the team and other managers to maintain our quality service standards.
Other key responsibilities include :
- inspiring and motivating our team
- establishing connections with our guests
- hiring, training, and supporting the front of house team
- planning large parties
- preparing biweekly payroll and team schedules
- tracking inventory and beverage / labor costsmaintaining Resy and Toast accounts
- working closely with the chef to maintain clear communication between front and back of house

- The starting salary for this position will be between $90,000 and $105,000
