What You’ll Be Doing : Legal research and writing Drafting and responding to discovery, pleadings, motions, briefs and petitions Handling a volume litigation caseload Significant travel throughout Pennsylvania’s 67 counties for administrative and court appearances Appearing at administrative hearings throughout Pennsylvania and at trial court conferences, oral arguments and evidentiary hearings Attending orientation, trainings, meetings, etc.

Your Background : Applicants must be admitted to practice law in PA and be in good standing. Attorneys should have 2-4 years of litigation experience.

Strong work ethic and eager for opportunities for professional growth. Detail-oriented, meets deadlines and effectively manages a full caseload, working independently in a supportive environment and as part of a team.
