Channel Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Operations Manager to partner closely with our Channel Leader as a trusted advisor. This role will be instrumental in shaping the operational backbone of our channel business, driving efficiency, alignment, and growth across all partner motions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Trusted Advisor to Channel Leadership - Act as a strategic thought partner to the Channel Leader, providing insights, operational guidance, and recommendations to improve channel productivity and sales execution.
- Operational Infrastructure - Define, build, and manage scalable operational frameworks to support key partner motions, including Co-Sell, Reseller / VAR, and Distribution.
- Program Development & Governance - Design and implement partner programs and policies (incentives, tiering, specializations, rules of engagement) that support growth while proactively addressing channel conflict.
- Partner Lifecycle Management - Streamline and optimize processes across the entire partner journey-from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, performance measurement, and growth acceleration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure channel strategies and processes align with broader go-to-market priorities and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
- Global & Regional Alignment - Collaborate with global and regional leaders to balance program consistency with local market requirements and opportunities.
- Systems & Tools Ownership - Drive adoption and evolution of the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, maximizing self-service capabilities and ensuring integration with sales systems and processes.
- Data & Insights - Develop and manage reporting on channel performance, delivering data-driven insights, sales analytics, and actionable recommendations to leadership for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or related roles within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.Strong understanding of sales operations disciplines including forecasting, pipeline management, territory / quota design, and performance reporting.Hands-on experience with PRM, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and other sales tech stack tools; ability to design scalable processes and drive adoption.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Collaborative mindset, with driving alignment across global and regional teams.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in driving sales efficiency and success!
