Hospice Business Development - Sales (Community Education Representative)
What You Must Have :
- One to three years of progressive sales experience in hospice, home health, or other healthcare fields.
- Valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance

What You Will Do :
- Working with hospice eligible patients and their loved ones as they begin the process of admission to hospice.
- Develop and implement territory business plans and manages sales time and resources according to plan, adjusting as necessary in order to satisfactorily complete the plan and meet established goals.
- Establish and maintain ongoing public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and community understanding of Heart to Heart Hospice and its services.
- Call on physicians, multiple facility types such as hospitals, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, discharge planning, assisted living or other senior living settings within an assigned territory to open new accounts, develop existing relationships and promote hospice referrals and community resources.
- Implement and maintain best practices in areas such as hospice sales, including territory and account management, prioritization and call volume, sales closing, and relationship building.
- Utilize customer relationship management software and other tools provided to effectively manage accounts and performance.
