As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all visitors and staff.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome all guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company's services
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications :
