The Activities Assistant assists in the planning, conducting, and evaluating of scheduled activities within a very successful Activities Department.
Additional job duties include leading group activities, maintaining attendance records, collecting oral histories, and completing patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans as directed by the Activities Director.
Prefer at least 1 year of experience working with the elderly in a adult care / nursing home setting. This position does require some evening and weekend hours.
