ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're looking for a data-driven, impact-oriented Growth Analyst to support the execution of growth initiatives across Xe's B2B and B2C platforms in North America. Reporting to the Growth Manager, this role will serve as a key analytical and operational partner, translating customer data into actionable insights, running experiments across the funnel, and helping to scale revenue-driving programs.

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this (Salary Exempt or Non-exempt hourly rate) role ranges from ($76,000USD to $90,000USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, XE offers comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental and vision benefits, a 401(K) plan, Paid Vacation / Sick Leave and more.
