We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of various Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals projects.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other workers in the same project
- Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities
- Responsible for reacting to any delays, emergencies and problems that can arise
- Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements
- Report project progress and budget to management
- Explain contract and technical matter to others in a clear manner
- Manage budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
Qualifications :
- Experience in the construction industry (steel preferred)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
