83 bed Level 4 Trauma center- Central TX, about 40 miles southwest of Fort Worth

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience : as listed in the order

1. Current TX license or compact multi state license

2. SSN / DOB required to send

3. BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA OR ARC)

4. 50 mile radius
