Duties include assessment of patients, developing plan of care, implementing the plan of care and evaluating plan of care.
Position requires a high quality of care in order to meet the Hospital's core mission.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS* 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing from a state-accredited school (Required)* 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in from a state accredited School of Professional Nursing (Preferred)EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS* 1 - 2 years Nursing Experience (Preferred)CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURESRequired Certifications / Licensures : * Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license* Basic Life Support (BLS) by American Heart Association* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within six months of hire* Georgia Stroke Core Curriculum (GSCC) & National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or obtained within 1 year of hire* Crisis Response Training (CRT) is required within one year of hire.
