Is responsible for staying abreast of the fast moving industry to identify the latest market developments, synthesize competitive research insights, and inform a product roadmap that drives customer satisfaction and improved conversion.
Job Responsibility
- Identifies actionable market insights for future customer centric enhancements using customer surveys, direct customer feedback, market research, call shadowing, competitive benchmarking, and other tools.
- Effectively pinpoints and triages existing customer pain points.
- Prioritizes production issues and trends.
- Analyzes and takes action on key metrics, in partnership with Product Managers and IT teams.
- Reviews key site health metrics daily.
- Develops a product roadmap based off of customer insights, cross-department collaboration, and company goals.
- Works with analytics and IT teams, to create business cases to support product recommendations.
- Identifies / prioritizes optimization testing opportunities across the breadth of our digital tools.
- Understands the existing features and the value they drive for our customers.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
