Job Description

We are seeking skilled Commercial Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This position involves performing maintenance tasks on commercial buildings and apartments in the Blackstone district. The role requires driving your own vehicle to different facilities, with mileage compensation provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct plumbing fixes and repairs.
• Handle electrical repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Carry out carpentry work as needed.
• Perform drywall repairs and painting tasks.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems.
• Address maintenance requests for light fixtures.
• Conduct regular facilities maintenance.
• Operate and maintain boiler systems.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00 / hr.
