About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Speech Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 per week Experience : SNF Experience preferred;
New Graduates are welcome License : State License required Certifications : N / A Must-Have : Prescreen filled out and attached- Resume and license verification- COVID test 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours prior Job Description : Ensure pre-screening documents are completed and submitted with application.
- Attach resume and license verification with the application.- Provide three references.- Complete and submit the following background checks and searches : - County Criminal (7 years for all counties lived and worked) - Federal Criminal (7 years or more) - Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) - Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) - HHS / OIG Search - GSA Search - Social Security Number Trace- Provide documentation of a 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray.
- Include SAM Search results. We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment, working Monday through Friday, during the day shift.
