Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues, ensuring all information is conveyed to the service technicians.
• Prepare detailed service orders and cost estimates, explaining recommended services and associated costs to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Manage customer appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
• Review completed work with customers, explaining repairs and services performed, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissan vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.
