We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our marketing processes.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in high-growth tech companies.

Oversee and optimize the usage of marketing technologies, with a primary focus on HubSpot and Salesforce. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing tools and platforms.
Other tools include ChiliPiper, Outreach, StoreLeads, Insycle, and Splash.
Data Management and Analysis :
Generate actionable insights through data analysis to drive marketing strategy and decision-making. Implement data management best practices to ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing data.
Campaign Execution and Automation :
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and automate campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Own lead nurturing processes to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Reporting and Analytics :
Develop and maintain regular reporting on key marketing metrics, providing insights to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Process Optimization :
Streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize workflows.
Work closely with Demand Generation and BDR leadership to analyze and continually improve the marketing funnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
- Proficient in using HubSpot and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of marketing automation.
- Solid understanding of data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven experience in optimizing marketing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work remote-first in a rapidly scaling organization.
- Willing to travel as needed ( 10%).
