Responsibilities :

• Follow up with leads to drive sales.
• Develop relationships with clients to boost sales.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their housing needs and showcase properties that fulfill those needs.
• Host open houses to publicize agency listings.
• Oversee all aspects from listing to closing to deliver a smooth transaction experience.
• Attract prospective clients to encourage new business.
• Leverage local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer queries about potential homes, comparable properties, and the neighborhood.

Qualifications :

• Previous sales experience is an asset.
• Technologically savvy.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A valid Real Estate License is mandatory for this role; assistance available for obtaining one!

Pay : $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule
