Requirements :

• Graduatefrom an approved Nurse Practitioner school.
• NursePractitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
• ValidArizona Registered Nurse license and Arizona Advanced Practice license.
• ValidDEA certificate.
• Certificationin CPR and AED for Healthcare Professionals.
• ValidLevel One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of PublicSafety.
• Strongunderstanding of clinical methods and techniques.
• Competencyin interacting with individuals from various cultures and social statuses.
• Basicproficiency in business English, spelling, punctuation, and computerefficiency.
• ValidArizona driver’s license.
• PreferredQualifications : Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are an advantage but notrequired.
