Primary Duties : Identify Needs : Recommend suitable life, accidental, and hospitalization insurance products. Build Relationships : Develop strong customer and community connections to generate leads and referrals.

Ensure Compliance : Maintain licensing and compliance requirements. Qualifications : Licensing : Resident Life, Accidental, and Hospitalization Insurance License in Georgia, or other accepted states.

Non-resident licenses for Georgia recommended. Coachability : Willingness to learn and adapt. Self-Reliance : Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

Customer Focus : Strong customer service skills, active listening, empathy, and clear communication. Experience : Prior insurance sales is a plus, but diverse backgrounds are welcome.
