Senior Manager or Associate Director of Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services

As the Senior Manager or Associate Director of Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services , you will be managing the accounting and finance processes for clients and developing more junior team members.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, prepare and review financial statements for clients
• Maintain communication with clients and provide continual updates
• Act as a business advisor to current and prospective clients
• Review management report packages
• Oversee and develop team members

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting firms and industry
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• Previous management experience
• Desire, ability, and experience with client development
