Description of required duties : Inpatient : Coverage of LampD Surgical cases Outpatient : Mix of OB Annuals GYN problems procedures Procedures required : IUD Nexplanon Colposcopy Endo biopsy Supporting staff : Triage nurse 1 MA Schedule : Mix inpatient and outpatient Hours : Clinic 8-4 : 30 no evenings no weekends Call : 24-hour call once week plus Weekend call every 6th weekend Friday 7am-Sunday 10 pm Volume : Clinic Approximately 24- patients We utilize 20-minute appointment slots for all appt types.
Can assume full schedule immediately Physical Address / Location : Clinic : 1000 Alliance Dr Hazleton PA 18201 Hospital : Clinic 8-4 : 30 no evenings no weekends 700 E Broad Street Hazleton PA 18201 Contract reviewed and approved by : Amanda Flicker Time Sheet Reviewed and Approved by : Debbie Sobolewski Assignment Length : undetermined length of time Credentialing requirement : The Credentialing process takes up to 90 days from submission for candidates with an active PA licensee.
Any requests for an earlier start must be submitted Administrator of Medical Staffing for approval.
