Hse Manager

Selectek is seeking an experienced HSE Manager on a direct-hire basis. Our partnering company, located near Racine, Wisconsin, needs candidates with extensive knowledge of OSHA, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and healthy work culture.

Employment Type : Direct Hire Expected Pay Range : $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience Location : Racine, Wisconsin

Job Requirements :

  • 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing settings
  • Knowledge of OSHA reporting and guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in science / engineering OR relevant experience
  • Familiarity with state and federal government agency rules and regulations
  • Candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client's request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation

Job Details :

  • Update and maintain HSE policies and programs
  • Conduct risk assessment and implement proactive measures to mitigate
  • Conduct internal and external safety audits
  • Lead accident investigations and use findings to create improvement plans
  • Serve as HSE subject matter expert and represent site at group HSE meetings
  • Manage emergency preparedness plans
  • Develop and deliver training curriculum
  • Assess current and future training needs through SWOT analysis
