Production Supervisor (Overnight) 4pm-2 : 30am

Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for employee injuries.

Train and re-train employees on how to safely operate machinery.

Communicate job expectations and provide feedback to management.

Coordinate with the Production Manager to determine inventory requirements, staff requirements and work procedures based on budget and time constraints.

Recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or replacement.

Prepare production reports.

Assist the Production Manager in analyzing data and production schedules to determine production requirements and to evaluate production outputs.

Adjust work schedules as needed for unplanned absences.

Review, adjust and approve time sheets, time off requests, etc.

Review schedule, material issues, quality issues and current build status with Team Leads.

Maintain crane, hoist, and equipment maintenance logs.
