We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized (Contract) Data Analyst Project Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee data capture processes, conduct audits, and generate insightful reports in Excel, PowerBi, and other data management systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement data capture strategies to ensure accurate and timely collection of information.

Collaborate with relevant teams to identify data sources and establish data collection protocols.

Monitor data entry processes to maintain data integrity and consistency.

Troubleshoot any issues related to data capture and implement solutions as necessary.

Conduct regular audits of collected data to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established protocols.

Analyze audit findings and identify areas for improvement in data capture processes.

Develop and maintain audit documentation, including checklists and reports.

Communicate audit results to stakeholders and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Generate comprehensive reports based on analyzed data, highlighting key insights, trends, and performance metrics.

Customize reports to meet the specific needs of stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance of information.

Present findings and recommendations to management and other relevant parties in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and address any feedback or requests for modifications.

Coordinate and prioritize tasks related to data capture, auditing, and reporting to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Track project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.

Maintain accurate records of project activities, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Foster collaboration and communication among team members to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements
