Job Summary :

Beaver Creek is seeking a dedicated and experienced Snow Surfaces Manager to oversee grooming operations, terrain park development, build and maintenance, which includes Kid's Adventure Zone and SRS terrain based learning zones and on-mountain F&B support (food / supplies / trash hauling, guest and EE transport and special event support including the annual Birds of Prey ski race during the winter season), as well as summer construction projects, terrain park feature and Kid's adventure Zone maintenance during the summer months. This leadership role is integral to delivering a high-quality, safe, and memorable guest experience year-round at Beaver Creek Mountain.

Work Environment :

The expected pay range is $70,000 - $82,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
