Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

Take ownership of major, ground-up healthcare builds. Join a large, reputable General Contractor with a significant project pipeline.

Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to closeout. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, addressing any deviations or challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and healthcare-specific regulations. Prepare and present regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency in project delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction should have :
