We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Manager to join our vibrant Account

Management team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the heartbeat of client relationships, mastering

the art of weekly reporting, spearheading regular client and internal calls to navigate through

challenges, and crafting innovative solutions that propel our global operations forward. Beyond

being a strategist, you'll be the go-to for crafting compelling presentations, detailed briefs,

essential documentation, and insightful burn reports, ensuring our team's success is always in

focus.

Responsibilities :

To ensure success, you should have knowledge of the account management process, excellent

communication skills, and a strong relationship with stakeholders (assigned account teams) to

contribute to the overall service experience. The key focus will be delivering results and

providing outstanding client and Account Management team support.

Understand the client's business priorities, pain points, overall technology landscape,

organizational timeline, and priorities.

Provide active and constant communication to achieve client success and satisfaction,

keeping the client’s satisfaction high and capitalizing on their return on investment.

Coordinates daily work with the Account Management team to make sure that team

goals are met with the highest standard of our customer service processes and practices

In charge of maintaining constant communication and creating positive relationships

with Operations, Recruitment, Human Resources, Finance, and the Legal team to ensure

that everything the client requires is delivered in the most efficient way possible.

Assist the team in creating, updating, and improving documentation, presentations, and

reports with minimal supervision.

Establish and follow metrics with the team to gather and track the data across the

organization.

Manage the clients' time tracking, including time off approvals, track and manage team

hours, and create a consolidated billing report for invoicing.

Support the Account Managers by tracking the client’s relationship status.

Manage and maintain weekly client and internal status reports.

Identify opportunities to improve / create tools and systems that will drive process

optimization.

Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure seamless service delivery,

acting as a liaison between Operations, Recruitment, HR, and Finance.

Collaborate with the organization’s processes to close client positions successfully.

Map and refine processes to ensure flawless execution by all operational teams.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar fields
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in account management, sales, client management, and / or client success in the technology industry (Outsourcing, Staff Augmentation)
  • C1 or C2 English level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to follow instructions with various degrees of difficulty
  • Passion to create and provide solutions to the clients and internally
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the IT industry required.
  • Self-confident, optimistic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize and engage stakeholders
