WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant to join our team as an Orthopedic Surgery Nocturnist at our Franciscan Health Indianapolis location.
Candidate will ideally have orthopedic surgery experience.
WHAT WE NEED :
Orthopedic surgery experience is preferred. Candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
Physician Assistant will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
Provider will need to work collaboratively with physicians to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :
- Shift hours : 7 : 00 p.m. - 7 : 00 a.m.; traditional part-time shifts
- Provider will answer floor calls and outside patient calls for the following service lines :
- Surgery including General, Trauma and Bariatrics
- Orthopedic including Hand
- Will assist with hospital rounding and consults
- Emergency Room consultations
- Assist in emergency surgeries during shift
- Occasional weekend rounding
- Opportunity to work additional day shifts in Surgery Service Line
- Strong group with extensive knowledge and mentorship
