We have an exciting opportunity with a non-profit seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Sr. Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting executives and heavy calendar management.
Location : Harlem, NY
Pay : $35-38 HR DOE
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a complex, active, and detailed calendar.
- Running reports (Excel) and crafting slides to showcase data.
- Responsible for inbox management - responding to emails on behalf of the team (Outlook).
- Tracking expenses along with coordinating domestic & international travel arrangements.
- Crafting presentations and editing slides as needed.
- Preparing for events, guest lists, registration, and vendor management.
- Conference room & meeting preparation.
- Arrange internal / external meetings - assemble materials, and reserve / prepare facilities.
- Collaborate alongside the team keeping the end goal in mind.
- Adhoc administrative tasks.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of corporate administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work well and thrive within a fast-paced, team environment.
