We have an exciting opportunity with a non-profit seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Sr. Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting executives and heavy calendar management.

Location : Harlem, NY

Pay : $35-38 HR DOE

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining a complex, active, and detailed calendar.
  • Running reports (Excel) and crafting slides to showcase data.
  • Responsible for inbox management - responding to emails on behalf of the team (Outlook).
  • Tracking expenses along with coordinating domestic & international travel arrangements.
  • Crafting presentations and editing slides as needed.
  • Preparing for events, guest lists, registration, and vendor management.
  • Conference room & meeting preparation.
  • Arrange internal / external meetings - assemble materials, and reserve / prepare facilities.
  • Collaborate alongside the team keeping the end goal in mind.
  • Adhoc administrative tasks.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of corporate administrative support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work well and thrive within a fast-paced, team environment.
