Are you a skilled LVN passionate about supporting students' health and well-being? Join our team in Santee, CA, as a Full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse for the upcoming academic year.
We are looking for dedicated professionals proficient in G-tube feedings, female catheterizations, diabetes management, and trach care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administering G-tube feedings and ensuring proper care.
- Performing female catheterizations with proficiency and sensitivity.
- Managing diabetes care, including monitoring blood sugar levels and administering insulin.
- Providing tracheostomy care, including cleaning and maintaining the trach tube.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support students' health needs.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate health records.
- Responding to health emergencies and providing first aid as necessary.
Requirements :
- Hold a valid California LVN license.
- Proficiency in G-tube feedings, female catheterizations, diabetes management, and trach care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
