We are in need of a Rental Agent to join our successful team who is versed in seeking out and pre-qualifying clients for rental homes, apartments and commercial businesses.
The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys promoting properties on various social media channels and websites.

Compensation :
$135,000 commission based at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
- Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
- Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
- Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy
- Conduct property showings for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available rental units.
- Negotiate lease terms and contracts with prospective tenants in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and handling security deposit refunds.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates for rental properties.
- Stay updated on local rental market trends and competitor activities to recommend competitive rental prices and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Past sales experience is preferred
- To qualify, you must agree to a commission-only compensation package
- 2+ years of experience in real estate industry
- Active Real Estate License
- Demonstrated leasing experience
- Authorization to work in the US
- Proficiency in marketing and lead generation
