Registered Nurse Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN)

StartDate : 10 / 7 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 N Pay Rate : $1953.09 - $2152.39

Position Details*16 weeks*PCU / Med Surg Stepdown (2N)NO LOCAL TRAVELERSAdvanced Arrhythmia Test required during orientation (study guide available)Must be proficient with lab draws and IVsBLS, ACLS requiredRequired to work every other weekend and every other major holiday.

Scrubs : Navy blue, white, or any combination of the two colors.12-Hr NightsUnit Specific Details28-Bed PCUDrips : Non-titratable cardiac drips (Amio, Milrinone, Dobutamine, Cardizem, Heparin), Insulin drips.

Lines / Drains / Devices : NG tubes, Tube Feeding (Kangaroo Pumps), Chest Tubes, Wounds Vacs. Airway : Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, Heated High Flow, High Flow.

No ventilators on this unit.Patient Population : Acuity ranges from SDU to PCU. We are tele level, do have med surg pts that require tele monitoring, do not take titratable drips, but some cardiac drips.

Required Qualifications

VA or compact licensed prior to submission.
