NOTE :
Job Schedule-6 weeks on onsite training for 40 hours per week. When the worker exhibits the proficiency required, determined by the manager, a Hybrid work schedule will be allowed
Job Hours-8 : 00am-6 : 00pm EST-(Manager will confirm schedule upon hire)
Interview process-1 interview will be virtual. 2nd interview is in person if the contractor passes interview 1.
Business Unit-Stream Labs
Summary
Client Service Reps counsel clients, contractors, and business on Stream Labs' product / service offerings and independently resolve tasks, while maintaining performance standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of equipment.
- Training will be provided on product knowledge.
- Training will be provided on FAQ
- Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their equipment, documenting interactions and following up as needed.
Mostly Microsoft Office applications
Follow-up on prescribed tasks
Skills
- Some technical proficiency to be able to move from one internal system to the next
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to solve questions as related to the product
- Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes / procedures while meeting / exceeding service performance and quality standards.
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of client service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Outlook-initiate messages and responses with clients and contractors
- Word-basic experience
- Excel-need to be comfortable using Excel with regards to viewing spreadsheets and navigate
- Strong oral and written communication
- Proven organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints
