REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3+ years supervisory experience
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results;
coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- 3+ years management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- MUST have metal stamping manufacturing knowledge
- MUST have ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
