About The Role :

We are seeking a talented and driven Family Wellness Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative products that empower families to live healthier, happier lives.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our family wellness offerings, ensuring they meet and track the diverse needs and aspirations of families of all shapes and sizes.

You will utilize product management principles and AI / ML technologies to drive the development of cutting-edge wellness solutions and insights.

Your expertise in these areas will be instrumental in leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch in design and execution of A / B testing strategies, optimizing product features, user experiences, and messaging to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

PanasonicWELL is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states : Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

What You’ll Do :

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor products in the family wellness sector.
  • Create and nurture understanding inside the organization on how AI and technology can contribute to the overall wellness of the extended family.
  • Drive the architecture, feedback mechanisms and signal monitoring to measure family wellness.
  • Drive the wellness partner integration framework, enabling third party product and service partners to seamlessly interface and interrelate with the PanasonicWELL product experience.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive models and algorithms for analyzing wellness data and providing personalized recommendations to users.
  • Establish standard scoring systems aligned with regulatory guidelines to enable customers to set measurable wellness goals and track their progress effectively, ensuring adherence to industry standards and promoting transparency and accountability in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to develop and launch new family wellness products.
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and features based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for product promotion and market penetration.
  • Design and execute A / B testing strategies to optimize product features, user experiences, and messaging, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, making data-driven decisions for product enhancements and updates.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to family wellness products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to consumer wellness products, mitigating risks and ensuring product integrity and safety.

What You’ll Bring :

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent technical experience);

MBA or Master's Degree a plus.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the wellness or consumer health products industry.
  • You have experience in taking new products and / or businesses from zero to one with the ability to point to measurable success.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Passion for promoting family wellness and a healthy lifestyle and growth.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and a desire to be accountable; can roll up your sleeves and drive end-to-end product development for innovative customer experiences.
  • You have a bias for action and are able to execute flawlessly.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to consumer wellness products.
  • Experience with family-oriented products or services is a plus, as well as experience in establishing or coordinating programs related to wellness, coaching or nutrition.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and improving the lives of families through innovative products and solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This position may be eligible for participation in our employee bonus program. Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
