Position Description : Facility is looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in the NICU. Level 3 NICU Data Collection : Unit Information : ( insert name ) Location : NICU Address : 100 Alton Gloor Suite A Floor : First Building : General Information Tell us about the unit (s) : Number of Beds 10 Nicu and 6 Stepdown Number of Staff Day shift Currently have 8 FT RN’s / PM shift / PM shift has 10 FT RN’s however one RN is out on leave due to Immigration Visa issues.

Nurse has been out since 3 / 2021 no set date to return as of today. Type of staff : Day Shift ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

NRP STABLE Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Best personality Fit : REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : Floating Area ( s ) : Newborn nursery and pediatrics Dress Code : Scrub Color .
