Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver and we want the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Fayetteville, NC

$1550 or more per week - And it gets better

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay : $0.67 per Mile
• Hours Per Week : 50 hours per week
• Flatbed Stops Pay : $25.00 per Stop
• Dry Van Stops Pay : $30.00 per Stop
• Rough Stops & Miles Per week : 1,509 Miles & 5.5 Stops
• Trim Stops & Miles Per week : 1,377 Miles and 40 Stops
• Loyalty Bonus : Pays You $3000; 1 / 2 at 6 months, 1 / 2 at 1 year
• Schedule : Monday - Friday
• Dispatch Time : 6 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 AM

• Route : Local Home Daily
• Tractor Type : Day Cab
• Cannot Accept Auto Restriction
• Must have minimum of 6 months flatbed experience
• Trailer Type : Flatbed 48'
• Freight : Touch - Hand Unloading : Cabinets, Windows and doors, Driver Assist.

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle :
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and / or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures

Important Note : Additional requirements may be required in different locations and / or accounts.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and / or state laws, regulations, and / or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading / Unloading freight or assisting in the loading / unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
