Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Build and maintain talent pipelines across various functions to meet hiring needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or technology organization
Proven track record of engaging and closing passive candidates for senior-level roles
Strong proficiency in modern sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams and time zones
