Job Quick Facts : Specialty : OB Hospitalist Job Type : Permanent Facility Location : Forth Worth, TX Service Setting : Inpatient Reason For Coverage : Vacancy Coverage Period : ASAP - Ongoing Coverage Type : Clinical Only Work Schedule : (7.5) 24-hr shifts / month - will consider (5.5) 24-hr shifts / month Annual Deliveries : 1,924 with 96 & C-section - performed by : Hospitalist Annual UnScheduled Patient : 2,296 (OBGYN triage visits) Annual OBED Consults : 1,229 % of Practice : 40% C-Section Specialty Backup : In-House Neonatologist & NNPs NICU Level : II Other Info : - Work with maternal-fetal medicine specialists to manage high-risk pregnancies. - Perform tasks including OB triage, admissions, attending deliveries, and inpatient care. - Provide care for unassigned patients and assist with private call coverage. - Cover the OB floor and handle ER consults for GYN emergencies. - Assist in surgical procedures during Cesarean sections - Respond to emergencies in the labor and delivery unit.
