Sterling Engineering is looking for an experienced Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a company that are innovators in packaging materials and automation solutions in Bloomingdale, IL.

Job Duties :
- Manage and oversee Line Leads
- Verify & enter production worksheets before submission
- Inventory Management
- Ensure the department meets and / or exceeds production goals on time
- Quality Control - SQF, USDA, FDA, ISO process follow-through and compliance
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of production experience
- 2+ years of food environment experience (preferred)
- Ability to speak English AND Spanish.
- Competence using ERP, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience managing / leading production associates
