Technical Advisor

Full Time Remote (Must be located within a 20-mile radius of San Antonio, TX) Top Secret / SCI Clearance This position is contingent upon contract award

Job Responsibilities : Responsible for the development and implementation of assigned projects. Responsible for the technical planning, development, testing, supporting deployment, and evaluation of system capabilities.

Job Description :

• Performs high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex systems, requiring a thorough knowledge of technical skills.
• Provides day-to-day technical / professional guidance and leadership.
• Provides subject matter proficiency for work described in the task.
• Responsible for providing analytical skills and technical expertise to support technical development, process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements.
• Exercises authority over and oversight into all contractor engineering and phases of system development as they pertain to JCC2-R systems and capabilities.
• Serves as primary touchpoint to the PMO in regard to the technical development of prioritized capabilities and the technical decomposition of requirements.
• Typical duties include leading technical analysis and planning efforts, developing and / or reviewing requirements documents, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties.
• Requires expertise in specialty area.
