Position Summary : Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire facility using the
proper chemicals, equipment and techniques. He / she may be required to fill in for the Building
and Grounds Site Supervisor (BGSS) in his / her absence. He / she will report any unsafe
conditions and / or maintenance needs to the BGSS and supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications :
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience :
Previous experience as a custodian preferred
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc. :
- Clear understanding of different cleaning products and equipment
- Able or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to frequently lift up to lbs. unassisted
- Ability to occasionally life more than lbs. assisted
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds
