Position Highlights
- South Bay / Torrance regional footprint Floating in South Bay at our outpatient Optum Clinics
- Primary Care duties along with Risk Assessment visits for our senior patients
- Up to 16 PPD on average - will not have direct patient panel
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Full Time Position
- No nights or weekends required

Required Qualifications :
- Master’s degree from a four-year college and / or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Unrestricted California State Medical License
- Current California DEA certificate
- EMR Proficient
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
- 1+ year experience working in primary care

The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
