Position : Senior Business Analyst Loan Servicing & Loan Accounting
Location : Onsite in Des Moines, IA (5 days a week with Operations and Loan Accounting teams)
Contract Duration : 1 year, with potential to convert to full-time
Are you a proactive Senior Business Analyst with a passion for loan servicing and loan accounting? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team for a year-long contract.
As part of our Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our loan servicing platforms and supporting high-impact projects.
This is an opportunity to make a difference by shaping core processes and reducing operational burdens, especially in initiatives like converting farm and ranch loans.
What You'll Do
- Requirements & Documentation : Craft detailed requirements for reporting, system enhancements, and new functionalities that empower our loan servicing team.
- API & System Development : Contribute to a pivotal farm / ranch loan conversion project, assisting in API development to ensure seamless integration and enhanced functionality.
- Data Mapping & Testing : Drive accuracy by handling data mapping, and ensure functionality through thorough regression and UAT test script creation and execution.
- Operational Support : Alleviate IT workload for the Operations team by drafting precise requirements and technical documentation to support ongoing projects.
Who You Are
- Experience : A seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of loan servicing and loan accounting, including key areas like delinquency and loan modifications.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in data mapping, API integration, and skilled in crafting and executing clear requirements and test scripts.
- Self-Starter : Ready to hit the ground running with minimal guidance, showcasing resourcefulness and initiative.
- Tech Knowledge : Experience with Rockport Ag or similar loan servicing systems is a plus.
